5K MAY CHALLENGE

Join us as we take on the 5K May Challenge!

What is it? A movement challenge for the month of May. Every day you will be required to move 5KM or complete 30 minutes of exercise in any chosen activity.

Why? To stay consistent and prioritise movement every day to feel the benefits it can have on your overall wellbeing.

HEALTHY YOU CHALLENGE

Take on the 'healthy you' challenge this october. There are 8 daily targets to aspire to achieve every day to improve overall wellbeing. The targets are based around physical activity, nutrition, sleep and gratitude. The challenge is free to join. All you need to do is download the app by clicking the link below, register for the challenge and get ready to start on October first
