WHY WE DO IT?
Regular movement has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression. However in Australia, only 1 in 5 adults meet the physical activity guidelines and 45% of Australians will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime.
We created this challenge to help people build consistent habits, feel better, and prioritise both their physical and mental wellbeing. This is more than just a challenge. It’s about showing up for yourself, building routine, and being part of a community all moving towards the same goal.
